      Healthcare benefits, employee gym and cafeterias, world class faculty, tuition reimbursement, educational opportunities, great patients and very friendly staff, nice campus

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy, strict and inflexible timekeeping rules, institutional culture is inconsistent across departments, poor leadership, overworked/underpaid research staff and Junior faculty, TRS mandatory

      Upper Management does not follow-up on what lower management is doing to or treating the employees. Lower management has too much power to do whatever they want.
