You can learn a lot and every one next to you is a genius. Your colleagues will be all friendly

Cons

only good if you are on clinical track, much harder if you are on research track. You can even sense the attitude from the nurse that they are not very respectful even to researchers. Very slow HR Heavy political hassle across the different departments, but I guess that's common in a big institution. Sponsorship affair to VISA holder are poor

Pros

One of the most important pro is our leader, Dr. Peter Pisters. Through the COVID-19 pandemic, he has lead our institution with strength, transparency and kindness. We know that the safety of the patients and of the workforce is obviously a top priority for Dr. Pisters and the other top leaders of the institution. The institution has met the calls of needs of the employees in order to work remotely and continue to safely take care of the patients.

Cons

The institution had been slow in implementing strategies for remote management of patients. However, this has since improved dramatically with the pandemic and I am excited to see these changes become a full time option for our patients.
