Pros

Continously learning. Diversity. Have all the tools needed. Benefits are great.

Cons

Experienced from Mays Clinic at a particular department. If you are not friends with your boss or colleagues (outside work), not the favorite, or just being dislike because of your "beliefs", no matter how hard you put your heart into helping patients, the management will find ways to make your life miserable by being called about mistakes while others (they like) gets away. No voice to say anything because Directors/Management's are close FRIENDS with HR. They don't promote growth in education especially if you wanted to transfer because HR will inform your department. Then they will put you on notice for one year. They have high turn over rate in that particular department. They will put lies in your evaluation goals. They would hire someone outside from a restaurant with no experience for the same position you have and pay her double amount of your salary maybe because she is a friend or a family member (you do not matter). If you give your 2 weeks notice, expect that you will be terminated.

Cons

Senior management positions filled with external candidates, qualified internal candidates overlooked, resulting lack of familiarity with basic processes/leadership insecurities.
