      The company has really great benefits, still covering things like health insurance completely so no money comes out of your paycheck, etc. They also have a good corporate culture, providing luncheons, holiday prizes, annual salary increases, etc

      Cons

      Lack of a formal training program. Everything has to be taken on a case by case basis.
