Great Company with Excellent Benefits and Low Turnover

Exceptional benefits package. Flexibility and remote access for a life/work balance. Closely held company with ownership that really cares for their employees.

Cons

Smaller company so not as many slots readily available for quick advancements but lots of opportunities to cross train and learn areas outside your core position.

- Small office environment, room to take on more projects if you show initiative - Decent benefits, especially for a small business.

Cons

- HR isn't great at handling employee complaints - Since it's a family-owned business it's hard not to feel like an outsider - There are clear favorites, which is disheartening if you're a hard worker but not adept at the 'social game'
