Pros
This company culture is the best I have ever been a part of. They care for their people with compensation, attention to detail and individuality, work environment, providing educational and training opportunity, encourage compensated community charity involvement, an incentive driven employee wellness program that I can't believe even exists. From the executive team and on down I have only encountered genuine people who are working and striving to do the right thing by their employees and customers. I could go on and on.
Cons
I can't think of a single thing. I hope to be here a very long time which is a statement for me as I generally like to change things up. I can't imagine ever wanting to leave here.
