      Pros

      Moving towards a hybrid workforce which is great for those wanting to work from home full or part time.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Need to empower employees. Leadership too involved in the small stuff. Slow on the technology frontier which means we work inefficiently some times.

      Pros

      This company is dedicated to safety and practices it daily. Lots of different health programs and training to help you become more health conscious or a better driver.

      Cons

      In my opinion, MEM could go with growing their staff, especially in the help desk.
