Business Outlook
Pros
The support that MES gives to the Education Centers for the Army. You meet a variety of people and people from all over. The office staff and the Program Managers are awesome. They are there when you need them and support you whenever there is a need.
Cons
The only con would I have to say is the pay. More pay or raises, would be more incentive for people to stay.
