Pros

they pay more than any other place per hour to start

Cons

No bonuses, Weekends, Short staffed, Mandatory Overtime forced on you last second, management /HR doesn't care about workers and thinks just adding pay will make up for all the nonsense and time away from family. no one wants to work 60+ hrs 7 days a week for no bonus or a food truck meal on a sunday. There is a reason people are leaving left and right regardless of the amount of money they pay.
