      Laid back, it does get busy in the winter delivering propane. You are treated as an employee and not micro managed as a child. Get to take company vehicle home. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Everyone gets the same raise and yearly bonus, so it doesn't pay to go above and beyond your duties
