Presented as a quality corporate organization, Breaktime building was just beautiful in appearance so it was a "boon" to our small community of Bolivar Mo.
Cons
Lack of communication between management staff and front line workers, lack of people management skills of front line store managers -due to no formal education of how to manage people. Complete Absence of accountability and communication with- in mid management toward other employees state of, and including employment and welfare. Lack of regard toward employee suggestions to make team work better. Told two false statements by Area manager to manipulate and create a situation in which resulted in lost time and training at location in Bolivar during grand opening, loss of preferred shift, then, costs of mileage was not reimbursed for several weeks. Again- no accountability.
