Pros

Short term disability starts on day 1

Cons

Incredibly sexist (if you are a female in IT do NOT work here. You will get your head patted and ignored). So many harassment cases that "disappeared" - I and others filed harassment complaints with HR. There is no record of them anywhere #shredded Home office does not care about field employees If you are looking to work in the IT department, just don't. Unless you are a white male. Toxic work environment and culture. Says "we are a family" - only if by family they mean mentally abuse you then sure. If you work there for 10 years and are female you get refused a "SR" title. A male just started working there gets the "SR" title automatically.

Pros

Everyone has good job security.

Cons

Constantly changing direction. Upper management seems lost and in over their head.
