The management was very friendly. Job duties were very clear

Cons

There were too many job duties. I worked at one of the busiest stores and we frequently got 'into trouble' for not being able to complete all of the side jobs.

Small enough company to be personal from the top down and big enough to still offer opportunities for growth.

Cons

I don't really have any cons at this time. The rate at which we are doing projects at this time could slow down a bit, but otherwise, I'm good.
