MG fosters a wonderful team culture, and respects the work/life boundaries of it's employees. They provide plenty of education for people chomping at the bit to learn, grow & move up.

Cons

MG's benefits packages are far from generous regarding both healthcare or 401(k). Upward mobility is tough to come by.

Their promotions usually go to someone inside the company yet they still post the job and take interviews when the job will still be given to the person of choice. Other than that Great company to work for!

I feel supported by my team, we work together. I have work life balance and don't feel married to my job but committed. If there is an emergency, they've been nothing up understanding and supportive.
