They pay terribly. TERRIBLY Gossip is like nothing I've seen before and I worked at a high school HR is completely untrustworthy Nothing is confidential or anonymous Upper Management GROW Inappropriate line level and management (even corporate) sexual/personal relationships Micromanagement Unrealistic leasing goals 20% discount on rental for employees (currently company is 30-40%) So many employees on drugs Buying new properties is more important than improving the deteriorating ones they have You get punished for going to HR
