MG has provided resources and training to allow me to master my skills. This company also is big with promoting within and giving opportunities.

Cons

High stress can occur which is normal and sometimes we take on more tasks to get the job done. You will work over 40hrs but if you are salary based the pay wage should be higher to offset the workload.
