The constant growth of the company provides many opportunities to move up or around within the company. Compensation and benefits have become much more competitive including company profit sharing for all employees. Strong management.

Pros

MG is comprised of wonderfully supportive team members who will jump in to help you achieve company goals. Our team has a thriving culture and I’m fortunate to work with such a talented and motivated group. The executives and leaders are approachable and friendly — while being some of the most experienced in the multi family field. I’m grateful that my manager gives me autonomy to make decisions and move projects forward. I also appreciate that the company is dedicated to developing and promoting team members from within.

Cons

While no job is perfect, I do not feel there are any significant cons.
