I’ve had the pleasure of working with various departments at MG Properties Group over the past 13 years, most recently in consulting assignments. Everyone from the executive team to the on-site employees are very professional and helpful. The company has succeeded in hiring talented employees who truly understand the company values and who add to the wonderful company culture. Upper management acknowledges strong performers and incentivizes and guides managers to become the best leaders possible. The on-site employees that I have worked with are hardworking and conscientious and truly have the residents’ best interest at heart.
