MGAC is an excellent company. We work on interesting, high profile projects. There is a wealth of resources available within the company. Everyone is respected and treated well. The opportunities seem limitless. It has a stellar reputation. I was proud to be part of it for 19+ years.

Company has a strong team of staff, who are always helpful. Varied projects overall a wide range of sectors. Great company benefits, management are fair and understanding.

Cons

Very few to choose from, potentially some extra bodies could help reduce workload.

Good pay Flexible working Commuting reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement

Cons

No growth in career. Favoritism during promotions. Heavy work load. You are expected to run 4-5 project at one time with minimal support. Leadership doesn’t care about work load, instead just gives referral for therapist. Wouldn’t suggest working at Mgac if you are a minority.
