You'll do almost every sort of maintenance you can do on CRJ airframe. Lots of potential to learn. Company is working towards growth and pushes safety. Transparent pay scale.
Cons
Culture prioritizes getting the jobs done as quickly as possible, even st the expense of safety and sometimes quality, as a result of the company's push for growth and failure to successfully staff accordingly, though they'renow refocusing on only having the amount of work they are staffed for. Pay isn't terribly impressive; easy to find better pay elsewhere. Floor can be very messy and disorganized.
