      Pros

      Many awesome people work there.High cost of health insurance.

      Cons

      Micro management is huge! Credit is never given to anyone but top management. No work life balance. People are overworked!! President and his executives are all about themselves. High burnout rate, poor organization and structuring. There was a lack of opportunities for growth.
