Started out ok then quickly went down hill, not a good company to work for

Pay is above average, great technology to learn from and always willing to buy new equipment

Cons

Benefit package is very weak with no 401k, company culture has declined to a point that very few employees are happy and most are looking for new careers, the word Micro means Management and especially H.R. wants to micromanage everything you do.
