      Pros

      Everyone below management is great at Micro. As long as you are hard working and are not scared to get your hands dirty you would do well here.

      Cons

      Upper management always wants to push you to do more, even if it is not possible. Sometimes you risk the quality of the product. Some of the upper management wants you to do things their way, so you feel more like a robot than an actual person.

      The people are great and the management is very nice. Everybody is there to help you and the work is very interesting.

      Some of the downsides of working here are the stresses of manufacturing, but this will come from any job dealing with manufacturing,
