Like anyplace, your team makes or breaks your experience. Branches are nice and updated. Hour lunches.

Cons

Like most people said, very low pay. Hours don’t leave room for any home life. Dress code is outdated. At the time I worked there you couldn’t have any facial hair like we still worked in the 60’s and can’t show any tattoos. I make 20k more a year now while working actual bankers hours. No work from home option when jobs can be performed at home.
