I would say it is easier work compared to other companies, and some of the people really want to do well

Cons

This is a foreign owned company that seemly wants to replace many of the US employees, many of those that come from overseas do not care what people do as long as they make money. Sure that sounds great, but recognizing company faults gets people fired rather than trying to fix them.

Nothing good to say about them.

Cons

No parts to work with. Horrible treatment of the employees by management. No safety at all. Plus you may be exposed to bomb threats and shooting threats on a weekly basis. Get belittled by management and Chinese.
