      Pros

      Paid training. That will translate to a new job. You will learn what a company should not do to its employees.

      Cons

      Management thinks nothing of you. They will tell you daily how little you mean to the company. No matter how long you have been there or what you have accomplished. You will be lied to and when they need to cut heads they will drum up completely false claims to get rid of you. You will work around the clock and get nothing for it. Save your resume for a place that appreciates you and understands you are a human being.
