      Great way to gain research experience while also pursuing a degree! Learned a lot and enjoyed my time.

      Cons

      Need to be self-driven and proactive. Worked out for me but might not be the best for everyone, especially when balancing classes + research.

      Progressive upper management that actually wants to create a great organization and wants employees to have a good quality of life. Relatively flexible work arrangement where department managers are given freedom to manage their teams in a way that works best for them.

      Cons

      Internal politics that can cause stress, lack of promotions/opportunities, very small and infrequent raises, siloed teams.
