Pros

I really loved the colleagues and students that I worked with. Pretty good pay and benefits as well. It was nice to have MIT medical on campus. Great location in an awesome city.

Cons

Senior Leadership made some poor choices that negatively impacted my experience. If you have a car you have to pay for parking. There is not a lot of work life balance if you work in Student Life.

Pros

Great freedom of research topic in MIT Media Lab. Learned a lot working with most brilliant people on the Earth. Pays off your tuition.

Cons

Compensation is very limited. Although it's enough for living in Cambridge
