High stress, frequent turnover, those you work for can treat you badly. Will not respect work life balance and can get away with continuing treatment of support staff this way because they are tenured or a union student.

The salary was very low, not really a living wage (55k) for Cambridge. The culture was WAY off. We tried making suggestions to management and they did not care since their pockets were lined. There was zero growth, not salary growth, not title growth, not responsibility growth.
