      Pros

      MIT is an inclusive and stimulating intellectual environment. You will be challenged and work on fascinating problems.

      Cons

      Sometimes very theoretical and far from practice, which isn’t a bad thing, just personal taste. Also, as a predoc obviously you can’t focus on your own ideas. You’re working on professors ideas.
