      Pros

      The work life balance is great. There is a lot of room to grow, and the direct management definitely understands the struggles of working in new fields and the need for a lot of research time.

      Cons

      The company values individuals who plan more corporate events over the individuals that work and produce great tools/ research.

      Pros

      Work life balance and benefits. The ability to work remotely in many situations is very useful given the commute into Tyson’s. Retirement plan appears to be top notch.

      Cons

      Changing organizational structure and difficulty transitioning R&D into larger work programs. Many project teams are too large to be productive; in many cases this seems to arise from the need to exhaust allocated project funds rather than a real need for more analysts.
