      Pros

      Solid company with good health benefits. PTO is alright. Plenty of employees with a large knowledge base.

      Cons

      Promotion pay not what I expected. Not many diverse backgrounds in the since of non - military, employees that have been doing the work for 10 + years, or younger employees that have been on the tech path since they were kids. Read in between the lines ….

      Pros

      Enjoyed my time at MITRE in Bedford and McLean. Work was great, colleagues great. Salary was good as were the benefits. Promotions were difficult to achieve

      Promotions were challenging. Some of the management did not have your back.
