      Pros

      I love how flexible it is working at MITRE. Not only in terms of hybrid work, but in project work as well. I'm able to find work I truly love doing and that aligns with my skills and interests. The new CEO is also making great changes in terms of PTO, and parental leave which has been great! Amazing 401k matching, good health benefits, education benefits, overall a great company to be at.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as great as it would be in private industry.
