Interesting work, some good coworkers, decent benefits, not a rushed atmosphere like at a startup.
Cons
Benefits being chipped away (sometimes in larger chips than others), executive leadership team is tone-deaf and seemingly acts randomly, technical ability, company loyalty, and work competence are deprioritized in favor of having young employees, networking and DEI; executive leadership does not listen to employees, and cannot communicate effectively.
