      Pros

      Interesting and unusual work that doesn't involve sales targets. Opportunities to extend skill sets while working with recognized domain experts

      Cons

      Cliquish and political, depending on where you land. Totally obtuse and ridiculous mass layoff process that blindsides project leaders and involves employees being pulled off of projects that badly need their skill sets with little notice by upper management and walked out the door with no explanation.
