Silly leadership solving the wrong problems ... now just cut our number of paid Holidays from 9 to 8 and reduced tenured staff's paid vacation time from 28 to 24 days a year. But wait there's more! If your tenure at MITRE is less than ten years you actually gain a vacation day (from 23 to 24 days annually). The incentive to stay at MITRE just disappeared by design. Why stay?
