      Poor management and lack of accountability plague the company

      Pros

      Few and becoming fewer (Occasionally good food in cafe).

      Cons

      - Awful management - lack the basics yet act as if they are superior to "real" management in the private sector. - Fewer and fewer competent and capable work associates - company is bleeding out talent and is now filled with "opinions" lacking experience. - New hires "un-managed" bodies thrown into the fires of work projects. - No (ZERO) accountability of "leadership" AC 6 & above - repeated failures and no culpability save for their victims - those that are trying to do work below them. - Workforce planning is "Not Rocket Science" - Organization was "run into the ground" by bad leadership plain and simple!

      After 9 years I struggle to find them.

      Cons

      Completely incompetent hacks in critical C suite in leadership positions are driving the organization into the ground wasting millions of tax payer dollars on science fare projects and swimming pools. Sad to see
