MITRE appreciates your more than 4 years of employment with our organization and we’re glad that while you were with our team, you took full advantage of our work-life balance, coupled with our competitive benefits and total rewards package. We recently updated our benefits package to include expanded, tenure-based time off, the addition of a second paid, flex holiday that employees can use however it best suits their needs (for a total of 9 paid holidays), and greater Caregiver and Parental leave flexibility. As always, we appreciate your feedback.
