Pros

I thought the buildings were nice, cafeteria was good, good benefits even after the cuts. Pay is completive when you first start but low raises quickly cause pay to fall sometimes far behind the market.

Cons

There really is so little opportunity here unless someone who can get you on a project likes you enough. Opportunity isn't given equally here, and if you are not someone's favorite then you'll be shut out of projects gatekept by more senior staff. Diversity of thought is a lie and it just ends up being one individual contributor hogging the project. This person either really knows their stuff and treats everyone else on the project like burdening incompetence. Alternatively, this person has no idea what they are doing and just collects ideas from the team and presents them as their own. You get hired here, and you "might" be given your first project by your boss. But its really on you to find projects to work on, its like finding a job within a job but with none of the negotiating power and protections that come with job hunting on the market. If you are so unfortunate to get to the point where you don't have a project to bill time too then your pay is prorated based on the actual time you bill. I met someone who spent months earning 50% his salary because he could not find another project to bill too. If you don't eventually find something you get fired. You network on your own time. Its supposed to help you find a project but you just end up talking to a bunch of other people who are also looking for work. Forget about getting promoted past lvl 3 because the people above you are going to coast in their position until they pass away. Literally. This really is such a horrible place to work. I will say anything not related to work is actually good, just not good enough to make dealing with the work issues worth it.

Pros

Very talented rank and file engineers, analysts and support personnel.

Cons

Mid level management on up to C level non supportive and difficult to work with especially when planning career path, more cronyism and nepotism than I've ever witnessed in my career.

Pros

My colleagues are all incredible and my compensation is very fair considering what is expected of me

Cons

RTO and other policies fly in the face of research and the messaging around it has been frankly quite insulting
