      Pros

      Benefits, salary are more than competitive. Work life balance is a mantra, and meant.

      Cons

      Current team management has bad business model. Knows it, but can't change. Few and far between training opportunities due to bad model.

      Pros

      The diverse work program allows one to pick and choose interesting problems to work on. This is a very nice way to experience many types of problems.

      Cons

      The work can be a bit slow at times, and MITRE corporate culture at the main sign doesn't always appreciated offsite demands.
