Corporate leadership under the most recent CEO is inconsistent, condescending, and uncertain. Executive leadership refuses to explain the reasons or mentality of current growth strategy to employees - claims company is doing great financially while cutting benefits to experienced staff. Staff at large are increasingly discontent and concerned about the direction the company is heading, which can seemingly only be seen or understood by the executive leadership. Leadership team grandstands on frequent company wide calls, introducing new VP after new VP, but refuses to answer meaningful questions or address concerns. CEO goes off-script and is arrogant and condescending in what replies are provided, claiming we have no right to complain because he is also losing vacation days when benefits are cut (while getting a large annual raise). Major decisions are seemingly made on a whim, like attempting to force a large swath of the company to use one week of paid-time-off, only to backtrack at the last second because of unpopularity. All while refusing to fully explain why it is necessary. Or, claiming to have evaluated a reduction in holidays "very carefully" only to discover that whoops, it is illegal to not give us Labor Day off. The impression is one of major decisions being made without care, without foresight, and without proper communication to those that they affect.
