Bright colleagues who take pride in doing the right thing for our sponsors Good retirement benefits Facilities are excellent Internal MITRE training programs are world class

Cons

Work life balance is rapidly becoming a thing of the past Pay is lower than comparable companies in the area, and annual raises barely cover cost of living adjustments Corporate culture quickly shifting from one of collaboration and support to one in which people and groups are more concerned about tooting their own horn, being “first”, getting credit, etc.

Pros

Although they're trimming back, benefits are still great. Campuses in Bedford and McLean are also outstanding facilities.

Cons

Work/Life balance is skewed and not what they advertise. I've seen more "Need it NOW!" projects that didn't have real deadlines in the last 6 months than in my over 10 years of being here. They performed what they termed a "reshaping" which was basically a layoff and THEN starting trying to figure out how to reorganize the division. With more on the way, adding more anxiety to an already poor morale.

- Steady stream of benefits cuts over the past year. - Senior leadership continually refuses to engage in good faith communication with rank-and-file regarding said benefits cuts. - Mandatory partial RTO starting next year, even for employees who do not have an assigned office.
