      Pros

      Great compensation. Flexible scheduling. Some very interesting projects being developed as well as interesting clients to work with. Very intelligent and interesting people to work with.

      Cons

      In being an intern don't have terribly high ambitions. The requirement to be cleared made it difficult to work on substantial projects, that is if you are able to get cleared. Be sure to find out who is in charge and keep on top of this process, otherwise you are bound to fall between the cracks.

      Pros

      MITRE's culture definitely emphasizes employee growth. I could see the enthusiasm managers have regarding training of their employees. While the salaries may not be the top, the benefits MITRE provide are unparalleled.

      Cons

      The only cons are that the pay is not as high as other industries. However, the actual jobs are quite interesting.
