      The people and relationships made.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional Finance org. Competing initiative requirements list is a mile long and all due now. Limited resources and all are expected to work day and night endlessly. No concern for peoples livelihood.

      Many big projects across agencies.

      Cons

      CEO is focused on radical liberal agenda and abandoning systems engineering roots to fuel liberal activism throughout company. His new leadership team is focused on LGBT, social justice, and climate change as top priorities. They mandate Diversity and Inclusion training that goes well past (don't sexually harass coworkers and treat everyone with respect) to indoctrinating a progressive agenda and Critical Race Theory. VPs and Directors are more focused on being "woke" than the mission, which discriminates against those who don't share their political views. Morale is dropping fast which is hurting teams and many are leaving.

      Cons

      Recent beheading of leadership gives me doubts of leadership ant integrity....leaders with high integrity and who baled people and were long time employees were fired while leaders with less integrity were retained...lots of favoritism and tribalism at play.
