      Pros

      Lots of different work, if you get bored, move on to a different task. Lots of travel if you want it. Great benefits. Free to work un-supervised.

      Cons

      Promotions are not clearly defined. Poor management. Poor review process. Poor guidance.

      Pros

      Probably has one of the best compensation packages around. Great retirement package, generous vacation package. Great Educational reimbursement package and training.

      Cons

      Put way too much emphasis on bureaucratic processes than technical innovation. I don't recommend this place for junior engineers wanting to gain design and technical experience. Pretty much all the work is centered on pushing paper. Promotions and advancements are based on nepotism and favoritism. Job titles are often not commensurate with skill and experience. There are no objective metrics to base performance assessments on so evaluations are done subjectively.
