Terrible inadequate management and hostile office staff
Pros
I get a pay check every two weeks and have met amazing people at different hospitals I am assigned (not MJHS employees) three week paid orientation with an amazing educator
Cons
Claim to give a $10,000 sign on bonus when they hire you, neglecting to inform the new hire that it is vested over three years. They gave a great orientation but did not carve out ONE day to focus on the job that I was hired for. Management does not know what they are doing and lack in their ability to communicate in an effective and positive way. If you work in the office get prepared to have some serious mean girl interactions. The manager of the staff is too fearful of firing anyone so the aggressive angry environment continues. The only time a field employee hears from their manager is when they call to ask why you are not bringing in business. But god forbid they call to say "great job" the worker then actually makes their numbers with no response or feedback. the worker has patients to admit (as demanded by management) but then there are no admission nurses to admit them.
