9-5 hours, solid benefits and direct deposit are the only reasons you would want to work there.

Cons

Cons include: Location, Location...not, unless you like working in the industrial sections of Bayridge, this is for you; lack of growth opportunities; being almost "bullied" into donating annually to their "Foundation".

Decent benefits, decent location, parking

Cons

Terrible management: no appropriate formal education related to titles, unprofessional and rude. Extremely poor work-life balance: ongoing expectation of overtime contribution without pay. Work load is poorly thought through and poorly managed: quantity over quality. Favoritism and gossip encouraged, creating low morale: promotions always go to management's personal friends and family members.
