Great opportunities for learning and growth. Supportive team environment. Coworkers have become friends.

Cons

Flex-shifts are not commonly available. Bathrooms need to be updated. Cafeteria space needs to be updated. There should be an employee lounge.

Pros

MJHS is a great place to work. The employees are friendly and it feels like an extended family. I have been working here almost 10 years and have never had the urge to leave.

Cons

If you know your a good worker and deserve a raise ASK FOR IT! Most supervisors won't just give you one without asking.

I'm glad that you are happy with our benefits and staffing. Quality care is of the utmost importance to us and adequate staffing is key to that. It's important for staff to take vacation time to re-energize and refresh but balancing that with patient care needs is sometimes tricky. If you are having difficulty with scheduling your time off I would encourage you to speak with your supervisor.
