Competitive Salary. Respectful staff. Quickly address/mediate disputes.

Cons

Upper management administers periodic (every two years or so) massive, unsubstantiated lay offs. Good productive workers, in good standing, laid off. For those who have been employed longer, it creates an uncertain work environment.
