Good benefits! Pays in line with the industry and at the start will provide good support.

Cons

Nurses are overworked! Too much load given. Management expect so much but doesn't improve tools needed to accomplish the job.

Cons

The expectations from field RNs at times can be unrealistic and the paperwork can be extensive. It can be manageable if you're able to put in time on your evenings and weekends.
